Free UK Delivery on Orders Above £150!

Climtec.co.uk offers free shipping on orders above £150.
You can choose to get your order shipped with a variety of different shipping companies: Fedex, UPS, Royal Mail etc. But we reserve the right to change for a different courier if your parcel is too large for the chosen courier.
Delivery time is calculated at checkout. Most orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day.
All customs and taxes are included in the total price of the order.

Returns Policy

At Climtec, we want to ensure that you receive the product that’s perfect for you. We understand that choosing the right item can be challenging, and sometimes things look different once they’re in your home. That’s why we offer a free 30-day, no-questions-asked return guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can exchange it for any other product or simply return it for a full refund. Contact us by live chat or email info@climtec.co.uk and request the appropriate returns address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We stand behind product quality, If an item is damaged or faulty and it falls within our return policy guidelines returning is free. If you change your mind about the product or it’s not what you expected. In this circumstance customers incur the cost of return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact customer service immediately and no less than 48 hours after receiving the item.
If you do not contact our customer support about freight damage within the above-mentioned timespan, climtec.co.uk is in no way obligated to refund and/or replace the damaged product.
